Reservation Conditions

For pension and bungalow you have to pay in advance for each week booked.

They are available from 13.00 on the day of arrival.

Should your arrival be delayed, the place will be kept available for you for

24 hours after which time this will be made available for other guests.

You are requested to clean and vacate your place before 10.00 on the day

of departure.

Confirmation of availability and acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in

writing and sent to you together with an invoice for the amount due plus Euro 10,00

for booking costs. Payment has to be made, at least four weeks before your arrival in

Poland. Should this not be applied to then we will automatically and without notice cancel

your booking.

Cancellations can only be excepted in writing and will be handled as follows :
Up until 4 weeks before due arrival date 25% of the deposit will be kept for administration.
Up until 3 weeks before due arrival date 50% of the deposit will be kept for administration.
Up until 2 weeks before due arrival date 75% of the deposit will be kept for administration.
Up until 1 week we hold the right to keep all the deposit.
